Through guided instruction and classroom activities, students will become familiar with commonly used terminology and ideas in customer experience. The course also encourages the development of communication and collaboration skills through discussions, group activities, and guided projects.
Students will have opportunities to interact with classmates from diverse cultural backgrounds and to practise English language skills in an academic setting.
